  8. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the jeera, dried red chilli, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and asafetida. Now add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute it. Then add tomatoes.
  9. Now add red chilli powder, gram masala powder, dhaniya powder. Sprinkle some water and fry it till oil separates from masala.
  10. Now add cooked dal, some water and salt. Now cook on low flame 5 minutes. Add chopped fresh coriander.
  11. Now Dal is ready.
  12. For Baati:- In large bowl, take ghee, wheat flour, semolina, haldi pawder, ajwain, salt, baking powder and curd. Mix it. Now add water as per requirement and knead semi stiff dough.
  13. Now divide the dough and make baati shape. Bake this baati on 180 temptature for 35- 40 Minutes. After baking deep this baati's in ghee for few seconds. Baati is ready.
