  19. Get 100 gms purple yam

Red chilli powder.1tsp oil pinch soda Finely chopped mint leaves. Mix well. And make balls(muthiya) and fry in golden brown colour. Muthiya is ready.Fry round cut potato and purple yam.
  4. Now open cooker transfer in a big vessel add 1glass water again and bring it to boil. Add cumin coriander powder round cut potato round cut purple yam fresh green peas and fried chanadal balls. Cover and cook for 5-7min.lastly add garam masala Tapeli nu shaak is ready. Garnish with mint leaves.
  5. Take wheat flour in a paraat add salt and oil for moin and knead tight dough. Leave it for 10-15min Roll puri and fry.
  6. For Mango ras :-Take kesar mango and make aam ras serve with malai (cream). Serve gud keiry aachaar.
