  3. Take 100 gm Groundnuts (roasted and powdered coarsely) and some full groundnuts (optional)
  4. Get 4 Green Chillies (dark green) cut into small pieces
  5. Get 1 sprig Curry Leaves (kadipatha), (fresh if possible) cut into small peices
  6. Get Cummin Seeds (little)
  7. Prepare to taste Salt

  1. Take the soaked Sabudana in a bowl. Add the boiled mashed potatoes, finely cut green chillies, finely cut curry leaves, Cummin Seeds.
  2. Then add the grounded (coarse) groundnut powder to it. Keep little aside
  3. Make it into flat balls. Coat it with the groundnut powder kept aside
  4. Put oil in a frying pan and when the oil is hot fry the Sabudana balls. TAPIOCA VADAS ready.
  5. Serve with Tomato Ketchup and/or Green chutney or sweetened curd/dahi
