The ingredients needed to make Translucent MoMo:
  1. Take 1/2 cup wheat starch
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup potato starch
  3. Take 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Get 1 cup hot water
  6. Make ready Stuffing ingredients
  7. Make ready 1 cup crumbled eggs
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  9. Get 1/2 cup grated carrots
  10. Get 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped chillys
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  14. Get To taste salt
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp soya sauce
Instructions to make Translucent MoMo:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients with salt
  2. Add hot water and knead it with spatula.
  3. Cover it with plate and keep for 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes knead the dough for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix all the stuffing ingredients
  6. Onec again knead the dough and divided in to small balls. Roll the ball like small puri. Put some stuffing in the middle and close it.
  7. Shape it like this using both hands.
  8. Make all the momos and steam for 12- 15 minutes.
  9. Translucent momos are ready.
