  18. Get Oil 2 tablespoons
  19. Take 1 tsp Hing pinch,cumin seeds and mustard seeds
  20. Make ready Onion 1/2 finally chopped
  21. Take 1/2 Onion paste
  22. Make ready 1 medium size tomato paste
  23. Make ready tsp Ginger chilli garlic paste1-2
  24. Get 2-3 tsp red chilli powder
  25. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  26. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  27. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  28. Make ready For bihari style vermicelli ki kheer:-

  30. Prepare 1 ltr milk
  31. Take 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
  32. Prepare 1 cup Sugar
  33. Prepare 1 tbsp Desi ghee

  3. In 1 bowl add chana sattu coriander leaves,Salt,mango pickle masala,mustard oil,green chilli and ajwain mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Pour water mix well
  5. For dough
  6. In big bowl add flour, salt and oil mix well
  7. Gradually add water and knead to prepare soft dough
  8. Place the pan on gas to heat
  9. Roll out paratha
  10. Place 2-3tsp stuffing on the paratha wrap it up from all the sides
  11. Hence closing it.press the paratha and now coat the stuffed ball in dry flour
  12. Roll a thin paratha place the paratha on heated pan
  13. Cooked from both sides
  14. Sattu ke parathe are ready
  15. Chana ghugni:-
  16. For the chana ghugni first add chana in cooker add water 13/4 cup and cover the cooker cook it for 2 -3 vessel
  17. Heat the pan add oil Add cumin seeds mustard seeds and hing add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes
  18. Add ginger green chilli garlic paste add tomato onion paste and cook for 2-3 minutes
  19. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder garam masala mix well add water and cook for 4-5 minutes
  20. Add chana and cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes turn off the flame
  21. Chana ghugni is ready
  22. For the vermicelli kheer in bihari style
  23. First heat the pan add ghee add vermicelli and roast for 2-3 minutes until they get little brown keep sti rring them constantly
  24. In another pan add milk add vermicelli
  25. Stir after every 2 minutes cook until vermicelli puffs up
  26. After add sugar cook the kheer for 5 minutes
  27. Add chopped almonds and cook for 2 minutes turn off the gas
  28. Vermicelli kheer in bihari style is ready
  29. Bihari special thali is ready to served
