  1. Take 1 cup rice
  2. Take 1 cup sugar
  3. Make ready 2 longg
  4. Get 2 elachi
  5. Make ready 1 dalchini stick
  6. Take 2 tbsp ghee
  7. Get strands Saffron
  8. Get Saffron food colour
  9. Take 250 grams dahi
  10. Take 1 tsp sugar
  11. Take Salt
  12. Prepare Black salt
  13. Prepare 1 cup mix grapes and promogranate

  1. Recepi of kesaria meetha chawal - 1 cup rice soak for 2hrs cook 80%then garam garam mein hi add 1 cup sugar and few drops of kesar food colour keep aside - In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee 2 pieces each of elachi,dal chini,longg……then add the rice into it and mix gently…..
  2. Then place it on a hot tava…….add almonds pista and some elachi powder into it and serve……….
  3. Recipe of raita - Take 250 grms dahi and strain it now add 1 tbsp sugar….salt as per taste…….bkack salt…..chat masala.as per taste…….1 cup green grapes black grapes and promogranate…. - Serve chilll……..
