  3. Flame off kar dein.2 tablespoon butter garam karein isme garlic or red chilli garma karen or daal me tadka lagayen.
  4. Ek cooker me oil garam karen isme jeera add karen 1 kati hui pyaaz add karein saute karein 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste add karein achhi tarah milayen.haldi,namak,dhaniya,mirch powder or garam masala add karen.achhe se milayen tamatar add karein masala achhe se bhune fir kata hua potato or baigan add karein achhe mila kar 10mins pakayen fir isme 1cup water add karen cooker ka dhakkan band karke 2-3 siti lagayen.flame off kar dein.
  5. Ata gund kar paratha banaye.steam rice banayen or salad bana kar garma garam parosen.
