  3. Aloo raita =pehle aloo ko haath se tod le.aur dahi ko chala le.aur aloo ko dahi mein daal le.aur desi ghee mein jeera dale aur chok de. Dahi mein Salt, kali Mirch dale.aur coriander se garnish Karein. And your dish is ready.
