  16. Cook it for few minutes and then add sufficient water and salt
  17. Cook till the gravy is little thick
  18. Take it out in serving dish garnish it with chopper coriander

  20. Take a deep pan add oil and heat till smoky hot
  21. Add methi dana and then all the vegetables
  22. Add turmeric powder coriander powder and mix well and close it with lid
  23. When it is half done add garam masala and cook till all the vegetables are tender
  24. Add the kasoori methi and mix it well and off the gas and close the lid for few minutes
  25. Garnish it with chopped coriander before serving
