  10. For rice. chawal wash kar ke 20 min bhigo dein..
  11. Oil gram kar ke kuta lehsan dalen phr green chilli dalen saute karein..
  12. Phir 2 glass pani dalen or namak dal kar pani pakne dein..or phir chawal dal dein..
  13. Chawal pak jaen pani khushk hojay to hara dhaniya dal kar dam par rkhden..
  14. For sauce. mayonnise, tomato ketchup,chilli garlic sacu,pisi kali mirch,namak ek bowl me dalen.
