The ingredients needed to make Epiti (steamed corn and plantain):
  1. Take 3 cups fresh corn kernels or dry one, soaked for a day or two
  2. Make ready 2 big fingers of ripe plantain (peeled)
  3. Get 1 large onion
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup crayfish
  5. Make ready Fresh peppers (to taste)
  6. Get to taste Salt
  7. Get 2 seasoning cubes
  8. Get 1/4 cup vegetable oil
