  2. Then add ur oil, then add chopped onions and crushed garlic and stir for 5 mins. Then add ur scotch bonnet and seasonings.
  3. Add in your cooked potatoes and carrot. Add a cup of water. Then mix ur flour with 4 tbsp water and add. It helps thicken d mixture. Then leave for 5 mins. Then lastly add in your butter and turn off heat. Set aside
  4. To make d dough, Add all your ingredients in a bowl and mix for 10 mins(don’t overmix) then set aside and let to rest for 10 mins.
  5. Cut ur dough into pieces and roll out. Then fill in your fillings in d meat pie. Brush d edges with egg so that it can seal. Repeat this process for all. Then arrange on your baking tray. Use your egg to brush the surface(egg wash)
  6. Then bake on a low heat for 25 mins. Allow to cool and serve. Enjoy😍
