  7. Place a spoon full of mixture and shape it to momos by pinching side it from one side in circular motion.
  8. Place momos in steamer and steam them for 15 minutes.
  9. Uptill momos gets steamed we need to start preparing marinate for tandoori momos.
  10. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for marination and mix them into lumps free paste.
  11. Add into marination steamed momos and mix with light hands and coat well with marination.
  12. Place live charcoal and pour few drops of ghee. Cover and smoke momos for 2-3 minutes.
