  2. Add in your water and mix well to form a dough. Allow it to rise until it doubles it size.
  3. Mash your fish/meat with garlic. In a pan, add your oil and onions, allow it to saute. Add the meat/fish, keep stirring. Add curry and seasonings to taste. Add little water and allow it to simmer for few minutes. When done, keep aside to cool.
  4. Divide your dough into 12-14 pieces or more. Flatten each dough, add the fillings and roll.
  5. Heat up oil and deep fry the rolls.
  6. Serve with tea or anything of your choice.
