This is a basic cornmeal coating for fried fish. You can substitute any type of fish you like. In a shallow bowl, mix together cornmeal and flour. Season with paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder. Fish fillets of Tilapia or Cod marinated in spices and coated in gram flour make delicious crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside perfect for main course or side dish or as an appetizer.
