  4. Fry in low to medium flame till golden brown
  5. Mean while take a pan add 1 cup sugar and 3/4 water and keep it for boiling for 1 string consistency. Off the flame
  6. Stir and fry satta all sides constantly till golden brown. Take it in a plate
  7. Now after 15 to 30 seconds place satta in sugar syrup and take it out in a greased plate or mould and garnish with pistachios and cool down. So here one of sweet Satta or Devda is ready to serve.. store in air tight container enjoy

Ultra flaky crust you will absolutely love! Drain the pastries on paper towels. But while they are still hot, sprinkle them with the powdered sugar mixture.
