  4. Now add grated mawa, and crushed dry fruit to it and mix evenly,keep in simmer for 2 minutes and off the gas stove.
  5. Add rise essence and crushed saffron to it and let the kulfi mixture cools,then pour it to kulfi moulds and keep the them in freezer till it's set.
  6. Once the kulfi is set, unmould the kulfi by rubbing them between your palms and Serve it immediately.
