Instructions to make Twisted Doughnuts:
  1. Add 2 cups all purpose flour in a large bowl, then add one by one all ingredients these are Sugar, butter, yeast, egg and milk powder. Mixed it and rub with finger tip to make them like bread crumbs.
  2. Then mix water and milk together and kneading with it to make a dough. On clean surface knead the dough at least 5 minutes to make smooth dough. Know pour some oil in the bowl and place the dough in it. Cover and let it rise. Keep it in warm place. After 30 minutes my dough is double in size. Means it's ready to play.
  3. Now flat this dough and make round balls, roll these balls in shape of string, twist the string from both sides and twisted them (shown in picture). Now make and twisted all the strings bind the edges by pressing them, cover and leave it for another 15 to 20 minutes for double proofing. Heat up the oil in medium low flame and fry the twisted Doughnuts.
  4. Golden brown from both sides. After frying roll them in brown sugar and pour some chocolate sauce on top. Tasty and different Twisted doughnuts are ready to serve.
