In a sauce pan add sugar,water and corn syrup then heat it on low(no stirring and no increasing the heat) leave it for 20 min then pour it to the gelatin mixture and start whipping til it has doubled it size then add pink food color(or any color of your choice, you can even add sprinkles or chocolate chips at this stage) and vanilla then whip again.
  3. Brush your baking pan with vegetable oil and dust it with confectionary sugar and corn starch. Pour the mixture in the pan and spread it then dust the top with cornstarch sugar mixture allow it to set for 4 hours or even let it overnight
  4. After it has set and also have a little bit of skin on top of the marshmallows turn it out onto a surface and allow the other side to have a skin too for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Our marshmallow is ready to cut dust your knife with cornstarch sugar mixture it will make it easier to cut and non sticky. Enjoy😉
