  5. Note:1. if you soak beans in the water at room temperature, they will take very long to absorb water and some may not even absorb it. Those are the beans that will not sprout. So soaking in warm water is highly recommended.
    1. Sprouts take minimum 24 hours to grow. You can keep them for a few more hours for better growth. But keeping them way too longer will burn the sprouts and will also grow some unhealthy bacteria leaving them stinky and sticky. So keep an eye on them.
    1. Use them fresh or refrigerate them until the time of use. You can't store them longer than a week. These moth sprouts are 1 week old.
