  4. Now heat the Kadhai and put oil. When hot add the mustard seeds and jeera. After it splutters add the chopped onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
  5. Sauté well for a few minutes. Then add in the turmeric powder, Red chilli powder & salt. Add garam masala. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
  6. Then add the boiled green moong sprouts. Mix everything well. Check salt. Add if needed. When done turn off the heat. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
  7. Serve hot with rice or Rotis
