Instructions to make Kesar Pista Popsicle (without sugar):
  1. First heat milk.
  2. Then add saffron in that and keep cooking the milk.
  3. While the milk is simmering grind Pistachio, cardamom and rock sugar together and add the mixture in milk. Mix well.
  4. Once milk is thikened enough switch off the flame and keep aside to cool down completely.
  5. If you are using cornflour to thicken the milk now blend the milk then otherwise just pour it in ice-cream moulds.
  6. Cover the moulds with foil / clinging wrap
  7. Prick with knife to insert the ice-cream sticks.
  8. Now it's ready to go inside deep fridge. And keep there for atleast 8 hours.
  9. After 8 hours it's finally ready.
  10. Just demould it and enjoy.
