  4. Now keep water for boiling. Add sugar. Lower the flame and let it boil.
  5. Take one thali, put cheena and corn flour and knead the cheena well till it is smooth. This takes about ten to fifteen mins.
  6. Make balls of it and put it in the syrup.
  7. Cover with lid. Let it boil for 15 mins.
  8. Now let it cool. And refrigerate it. Garnish with kesar. Serve it cold
