  1. I frayed small amount of oil,I add up minced meat,garlic,onion,tumeric,pepper,maggi,peace nd diced carrot until it finally steam,then I took up baking fan i put the steam minced meat on it,
  2. I filled up my Irish nd boiled it for about 10mins,i smashed it i add butter,small amount of salt nd milk till it's finally smashed I add it at d top of steam minced meat on a baking fan until it's smooth
  3. I topped up cheese nd green pepper on top up d smashed irish then put it in d oven for abt 35 to 40minute.
  4. The Irish must be thick nd let it be well baked nd if u dont want a cheese then u can wash it with egg yolk
