The ingredients needed to make Eggless rava cake:
  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup semolina (sooji/rava)
  2. Get 3/4 cup sugar
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup curd
  5. Make ready As needed Milk
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup Maida/ all purpose flour
  7. Take 1/4 cup Oil
  8. Prepare 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  11. Take As needed Dry fruits

Eggless Molten Lava Cake (In the Microwave). This Rava Cake is Eggless, has no Maida in it, No Oil and No Butter. Today I made this Rava Cake in a Pressure Cooker. A recipe that can be modified by adding flavours of your choice like.

Instructions to make Eggless rava cake:
  1. Take 1 and a 1/2 cup sooji and to it add 3/4 cup of sugar. Now add 1/2 cup of condensed milk, 1/4 cup of curd and mix it well.
  2. Now to that -gradually add some milk and make a little thinner paste.Now add 1/2 cup of Maida or wheat flour for binding. Cover it and and let it rest for 15 mins
  3. After 15 mins take the batter and whisk it for 2 mins. Now add 1/4 cup of oil. Now add 1 tsp Elaichi powder, 3/4 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of baking soda and whisk it well.At first the oil will not mix with it, but as we keep on mixing the batter the oil will mix completely.
  4. Now add a tsp of vanilla essence to it. Now pour the batter in a cake mould greased with some oil and coated with maida(you can use butter paper too). Now add some dry fruits like chopped almonds, casewnuts, pista and few strands of Kesar. At this stage don't mix the batter and put it in a oven on 180 degree for 20 - 30 mins.
  5. After 20 mins check the cake by inserting a toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean the cake is done or else put it in the oven for another 5 mins. Finally the most difficult step especially for our tongue☺️😁, cover it and keep it at room temperature for 1/2-1 hour to let the cake be soft.
  6. Demould the cake.
  7. Yummy Indian flavored rava cake is ready it's just really really amazing.
