  1. Get 250 gms cubed Paneer
  2. Make ready 2 tbsp Achar masala (Mango pickle masala)
  3. Prepare 1 capsicum roughly chopped
  4. Prepare 3 tomatoes (puree)
  5. Get 1 onion finely chopped
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup curd
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Get 1 pinch heing (asafoetida)
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt (if needed)
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Make ready 3 tbsp oil
  13. Get 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions to make ACHARI PANEER.

My Favourite Lunch:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions roast well. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté it. Pour the tomato Puree sauté it until brown.
  2. Lower the flame and add the mango pickle masala and roughly chopped capsicum. Mix it well nice aroma comes out. Now Add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and sugar.
  3. Add Curd in the masala. Cook it till oil starts separating. Add the cubed Paneer. Mix everything well. Now add half cup water.
  4. Cover and cook until the gravy thickens.
  5. For more tangy taste you can add 1/2 tsp lemon juice in it.
  6. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
