  5. Put a pot on the heat,pour in vegetable oil onces is hot pour in the blended tomatoes and all.
  6. Allow it to fry as is frying add sliced onion.
  7. Fry for 7minutes and pour in meat stock
  8. Boil for 3minutes and add a cup of water.
  9. Boil a longer time this time,then add salt,dry pepper,maggi,curry,thyme
  10. And the meat,cover and boil for 7 -10mins.
  11. Enjoy the stew with rice.
