  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Chawal

  13. Take Pinch turmeric

  15. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  16. Prepare 1 tsp pulao masala(opt) skip with knorr
  17. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  18. Make ready 1 tsp Coriander powder
  19. Make ready 1 tsp ajwain
  20. Take 4-5 tblsp Oil or required

  22. Get 2-3 Green chillies
  23. Prepare Pinch cumin seeds

Steps to make Dhagi Chana Pulao:
  1. Wash your hand say bismiAllah
  2. Boiled chickpeas with water and some salt to taste then separate it from it's stock
  3. Now cut all ingredients and set on top
  4. Put wok on flame add oil fry onion on low flame then after that add some water for tenderize onion(is say onion achy say blend hojata ha) after that add tomato,chilli,garlic paste and cook it
  5. When blend it well add chana stir it for a while then add all spices and achhar
  6. Stir it well then add 2 tblsp blend dahi(is time par flame low rakhy otherwise dahi phat jata ha) 👉dahi sy hamary chawal khily or juicy banny gay
  7. Then add water according to measurement bring it to boil it and then add soak rice
  8. First Cook it on low flame(low flame par chawaal achy sy phulta ha or chawaal lamba b hota ha jab apko lagy ke chawal main ik kaani reh gae ha) tab flame high krain or excess water ko cook kar ke tawa par dum dain…chilli,zeera,food clr sprinkle kar ke 👉food clr direct e dalain is say phialta nahi ha
  9. Keep on dum for 5-8min then rest it for 5min then remove lid and dish out it after set it
