  6. Take Pinch cardamom powder
  7. Take Pistachios to garnish

  4. Peel the oranges, deseed and separate the skin. Make some part juice and retain some with skin on
  5. Add to the Kheer after it’s completely cooled down.
  6. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled
