  4. Bottle gourd curry. Cut the bottle gourd and potatoes into small pieces. Pressure Cook it with the chana dal. For 2 whisle. Take a kadhai mustard oil add cumin seeds to it. When it will splutter add chopped onions when they turn brown add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste into it. Cook the masala well add the pressure cooked thing and bring it to a boil.
