  1. Get 2 cup Makhana
  2. Take 2 cup Boiled milk
  3. Get As needed Cashew nuts
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cardamom seed
  5. Prepare 1 pinch saffron
  6. Prepare 10-12 Raisens
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup Sugar
  8. Prepare Aa needed Ghee

Once hot, add makhanas and lightly roast. Once golden, remove and put them aside to cool for five minutes. Makhana ki kheer is a pudding made up of makhana, milk and sugar. Makhana is a white seeds produced in plant known as Euryale ferox.

  1. Toss makhana for couple of minutes in ghee
  2. To mixer jar,add quarter cup of toasted mahana, cashew nuts, cardamom seed, saffron and blend it to a fine powder.

  4. Roast cashew and raisins in ghee and keep it aside.
  5. To this add the toasted makhana and boil it for 5 minutes
  6. Now add the ground powder makes it
  7. Finally add a pinch of saffron and turn off the stove
