Steps to make Masa:
- Wash and soak the white rice. (Use lukewarm water when in a hurry, soak for some hrs)
- Cook the one cup of white rice and allow to cool. Mix together with the soaked rice, add onions and blend.

- When it's hot, pour the batter into the pan. Fry on low heat, flip to the other side and fry till golden brown.
- Serve with veg soup, kuli-kuli, honey or stew.
