- এবার একটা বোরোশীল বোলের মধ্যে একটু গাওয়া ঘি ব্রাশ করে নিয়ে ছানার বেটার টা দিয়ে দিলাম।ভালোভাবে উপর থেকে চাড়িয়ে নিয়ে কাজু বাদামের কুচি এবং কেশর ছড়িয়ে দিলাম। মাইক্রোওভেনে তিন মিনিটের জন্য কুক হতে দিলাম।
- তিন মিনিট পর মাইক্রো ওভেন থেকে বের করে নিয়ে এসে ঠান্ডা করলাম। তারপর ছুরি দিয়ে কেটে পিস করে নিলাম। একদম তৈরি হয় গেল আমার রেসিপি "স্টিমড সন্দেশ"বা "ভাপা সন্দেশ"।
