  1. Mix all very well, bind with water to soft dough.
  2. Make several ball then roll into puri size rotis.
  3. Pile up rotis applying ghee mixed with oil on each.
  4. Roll the piled up (stack) rotis into a big roti, apply ghee/oil and fold like swiss roll
  5. Cut into two inches pieces.
  6. Roll each piece into paratha then roast on tava, when both sides done put ghee and brown it up.
