    1. Remove from mould & put tadka - 8. Garnish & cut into desired shape - 9. Serve with mint chutney or choice of ur chutney / sauce
  2. If you want more sponge & watery then u can put little lemon juice + 1/2 tsp sugar + 1/4 cup water in tadka & put on dhokla - If you are eating for health purpose no need to add tadka with water
