Palak ki sabzi bnane ke liye, palak Ko ache se dho le fir bareek kaat le, gas par kadhai rakhe or usmai 2 chammach sarso ka tel dal de tel garam hone ke Baad usmai jakhiya, 2 Kate hue lehsoon, Hari mirch dal kar halka sa bhune or usmai kati hui palak dal de aur fir Ache se pakne de jab tak uska Paani Na sookh jaye. Sabzi tayar hai
